ATOL

ABTOT

The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) provides financial protection under its ATOL Franchise and The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 for Edventure Travel ABTOT number 5442, ATOL number 11547, and in the event of their insolvency, protection is provided for the following:

  1. non-flight packages;
  2. flight inclusive packages that commence outside of the UK, which are sold to customers outside of the UK; and
  3. flight inclusive packages, flight only and linked travel arrangements (LTAs) sold as a principal under the ABTOT ATOL Franchise.

ABTOT cover provides for a refund in the event you have not yet travelled or repatriation if you are abroad.    Please note that bookings made by customers outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Edventure Travel.

School Travel Forum

Edventure Travel is an Assured Member of the School Travel Forum (STF) and in booking with us you can be secure in the knowledge that we:

  • Understand and facilitate the needs of educational travel
  • Have effective Safety Management Systems in place, specifically focused on travelling with young students
  • Offer fair terms and condition and the best financial security

To ensure our health and safety standards are maintained our systems and procedures are fully audited annually by independent experts. STF membership is the benchmark for good school tour providers.

Learning Outside the Classroom

Edventure Travel are proud to have been awarded the LOtC Quality Badge for our educational visits. This indicates that we understand a school’s needs and can change our products and offer to fit in with the current curriculum requirements and any other specific requirements of the group.

The Outdoor Education Advisors Panel (OEAP) endorses the Quality Badge and requests Local Authorities to recommend the use of Badged Providers and require the minimum of additional paperwork where Quality Badge accreditation is in place.

This means that you can book your trip with confidence, meet your due diligence and reduce the amount of External Provider paperwork necessary.
